Incline/Flat dumbbell Press: 30 - 35kg
Shoulder Press: 26 kg
Bench: 70-80kg?
Dead lift: 115 kg
Leg Press: 120 kg
Triceps Pull Down: 70 kg
Each 8-10 reps
